"Quick help getting my account unlocked"
I had a bit of trouble logging in after a payment check put some restrictions on my account. Support explained exactly what they needed from me, and it got unlocked faster than I expected. For other customers who might run into the same thing, it wasn’t a huge hassle at all, just a few simple steps and not much back and forth. Overall, I’m happy with how it was handled.

I mostly use Zen to keep a few different currencies in one place, and it does the job, but the balance screen feels messier than it should. I’m always expecting to just glance at it and instantly know where my money is, my brain kind of takes that shortcut, but instead I end up clicking around to piece it together. The exchange info can be a little unclear too. It’s not a dealbreaker, just more annoying than I expected for something meant to make multi-currency stuff easier

"Wish I’d Started Using It Sooner"
I’ve been using zen.com mainly for invoices and quick payment links, i kind of regret not trying it earlier. Creating an invoice is straightforward, and sending clients a payment link saves me from the usual back-and-forth.
Payments usually come through quickly, which is the biggest thing for me. The layout isn’t flawless, but after using it a few times, it’s easy enough to find your way around.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a few smaller options feel a bit tucked away, and I wish they were more obvious. Still, overall I’m happy with it and it’s made getting paid less of a hassle.

"Decent app, but a bit unreliable"
The app looks nice enough and I can see the potential, but I’ve had a few frustrating moments with it. It freezes more often than I’d like, and sometimes logging in doesn’t work on the first try. Payments have also taken longer than I expected. Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but the issues weren’t really resolved. It’s not a terrible app by any means, but for me it just doesn’t feel dependable enough yet

I’m using ZEN with my WooCommerce store, and to be fair, it connected quickly. Most of the payment options showed up where I expected them to, and the orders started syncing without me having to do too much digging around.
The only annoying part was finding the right plugin settings at the beginning. The docs could definitely be clearer, and when I tried to figure it out, I felt a bit dismissed rather than properly helped. Once I got past that, though, it’s been running fine with my shop setup and hasn’t caused any major problems

"Feels Safe, But Something Feels Off"
Overall, it does feel safe to use, which I appreciated. But something feels a little off with the support side of things. I had to wait longer than expected to get help, and that made the whole experience a bit frustrating. Not terrible, just not as smooth as I hoped

In my experience, the refund process took a bit longer than I expected, but it did get resolved in the end. I had one refund and one chargeback to deal with, and both were sorted out fine. Support wasn’t always quick to respond, which was a little frustrating, but the money came back, so overall I’d say it worked out okay

The shopping protection did what it was supposed to do, which was reassuring. I just felt a bit unsure while waiting because support took longer than I expected to get back to me. In the end it worked out fine, but a quicker response would have made the whole experience feel more comfortable

"Alerts work, but the answers are all over the place"
zen.com has been okay for me overall, but the transaction alerts are kind of inconsistent. Sometimes I get a notification right away, and other times it shows up late, so I end up opening the app just to double-check what happened. What’s more annoying is that when I’ve asked about it, the answers haven’t always been consistent either, which makes it harder to know what’s actually normal. It’s not a huge deal, but I do wish it felt more reliable.

Setting up recurring payments worked just fine. It took me a minute to figure it out the first time, but once I got through it, everything felt straightforward. it’s a relief not having to worry about missing a payment now...

I tried zen.com mainly for the referral bonus. It did show up eventually, but it took longer than I expected and I’m not the most patient person with stuff like that. The promo terms could definitely be clearer too, because I had to double-check what was going on. Overall it wasn’t bad, just average

I usually feel like these signup processes are designed to make things harder than they need to be, so I was surprised this one didn’t drag on forever. Verification was easy, my account was ready quickly, and the onboarding steps were clear enough that I didn’t feel completely left to figure it all out myself.

I started using zen.com a while back and, i was kind of surprised how smooth it’s been. Settlements show up when they’re supposed to, and I haven’t had a payout get stuck or delayed on me. Not much to overthink here, it just works, and that’s exactly what I needed.

I’ve used Zen for a few transfers and payments, and to be fair, the money arrived quickly every time. It’s been easy with no real headaches so far, so it works fine for me. That said, I did have a small issue along the way and I’m still expecting an apology for how it was handled.

"Nice warranty perk, but could be smoother"
I mostly used Zen for the extended warranty feature, and it’s a nice bonus. It makes buying electronics feel a little less risky, which I appreicate. The app itself is fine, nothing amazing, but it does the job. My main issue was that finding the exact warranty rules took longer than I expected. Support did get back to me, just not very quickly. Overall, it’s okay, but not perfect, 3 stars from me.

I did get my cashback in the end, but it took longer than I was expecting. it was probably just bad timing on my part, because I happened to be waiting on it when I really wanted it to come through faster. Not a huge issue, just a little slow sometimes

I mostly use zen.com for payments in EUR and PLN, and to be fair, it usually works fine where I live. I do like that it supports a lot of countries and currencies, which is handy. But the setup was more confusing than I expected, and that did make me question things a bit at the start. It hasn’t been a dealbreaker, but it definitely took away some of my confidence in the service.

We started using zen.com mostly because it connects with our accounting software, and it’s made things a lot easier. Payments come in, and matching them up in the accounts takes way less time than it used to.
The setup wasn’t totally perfect at first, and I had to poke around a bit, but support replied quickly and helped me get it sorted. For a small business, it’s just a really useful tool that saves time and hassle. Definitely 5 stars from me.
